Meet the Founder
Rebecca W. Dominguez
Rebecca Dominguez is the founder of The Atlantic Club, a growing platform exploring leadership, belonging, and the enduring power of human connection.
At the heart of her work is a simple yet powerful metaphor: The Seat.
It represents the opportunities we pursue, the responsibility we carry once we arrive, and the legacy we leave by creating space for others. Throughout our lives, each of us is confronted with the same questions: Do I belong? Can I sustain it? How will I use it? Who will have a seat because I was here?
Rebecca believes leadership is measured not by authority, but by the experiences we create for others. She is challenging the conventional definition of hospitality—not as an industry, but as a way of leading. Through her podcast Uninvited. Seat Claimed., her blog-The Atlantic Journal, and thoughtfully curated gatherings, she explores how generosity, presence, courage, and intentional connection shape cultures, strengthen communities, and inspire people to flourish.
Every article, conversation, and gathering is an invitation to consider one enduring question:
Who will have a seat because you were here?
